Lion Dance Performance in Sham Shui Po Community

To show our love and concern to Sham Shui Po neighbourhood, our LCU lion dance team performed lion dance in the Chinese New Year Lunch in TWGHs Chu Sau Cheung Nursing Home on 27 Feb, bringing the elderly with festive season happiness and wishes. Our drummers focused on the lion steps and played the beats flawlessly in line with the lion. Our lion dancers mimicked the graceful and powerful steps of lions, symbolizing luck and fortune for the audience. When the lion head ‘ate’ the vegetables, and showed the red couplet that wished the elderly good health, everyone was full of joy during the performance.
