Dress Casual Day

Empathy is essential in shaping one’s personality. This is especially true in a multi-cultural campus in which non-Chinese speaking learners are socializing in the local context. Our Dress Casual Day was held on Monday, 30th October 2023 and the theme for this year is Wear Your Moment. It is not only a charitable activity helping students to build empathy from a young age but also a cultural activity helping students to know more about cultures from others’ costumes. Via participation in this school collective event, the learners were able to develop a sense of citizenship and broaden their sense of social responsibility.

Students enthusiastically donated to this charitable cause and proudly showed their cultural costumes to their peers.

The students’ generosity and the empathy they demonstrated throughout the day were greatly appreciated. We are sure that they will benefit from the generous mindset that was developed during the day.
